After staying at a few hotels in India, I was beginning to lose hope in the authenticity of online hotel images. Many hotels advertise beautiful rooms, but the reality often falls short. That was until I arrived at Loft 24—what a pleasant surprise! This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled to share my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel manager, Om. His hospitality set the tone for my entire stay. The staff was incredibly attentive, helping with my luggage and providing a welcome drink, making me feel like royalty right from check-in. Whenever I needed anything - like water, exchanging money, laundry, etc - they were ready to serve. The room itself was a breath of fresh air. It was exactly as advertised. Bright, modern, and fully equipped with everything I needed: a fridge, new slippers, high speed wifi (which I also used to work and zoom), a smart TV and air conditioning. Additionally there is a coffee station and fresh water in the room. The bathroom was also fantastic, featuring a European-style shower with hot water, toiletries, and clean towels—no old-fashioned bucket showers here. The entire hotel is immaculately clean, and I felt very comfortable and at home throughout my stay. As a bonus, I discovered a lovely rooftop area with a bench and frangipani plants. It was the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy the sunset, and clear my head after a day out in town. The surrounding area is quiet and safe, making it a peaceful retreat. And the food in the hotel is also very good and affordable. Always fresh and you can eat it in the dinning room or they deliver it to your room. If you're looking for a place that lives up to its promises, Loft 24 is the place to be. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

As a female solo traveler, Loft 24 was the best experience I had in India. This is the place I felt the most secure. The hotel is brand new, rooms a perfectly clean, (perfect bedding, sheets) don’t know if it was built recently but everything seems new. It smells great everywhere in the hotel🌸, the room service was delicious, with very large choice at very affordable price and very quick!!. Bathroom is perfectly clean, everything is sanatized. Mr OM did everything to make my stay perfect and speaks perfect English (ordering cabs when needed- giving me adaptor- advices), and the staff was perfect, polite, very respectful, and answers to all your requests. Wifi was also perfect in my room. There is a phone in room where you can ask for anything you need. It is not far away at all from the city, (20mn a) and it is very cheep to have a touc touc or a cab to go there (2€) I would advise to be a bit out of the city as it can be quite noisy too, so this was really perfect. I tried other hotels in jaipur for the same price and this was incomparable. I have a friend of a friend who brought me back to the hotel in a Porsche 😂 (1st time for me) so had to put the photo in front of loft 24 ! 🏨🏎️❤️😂❤️ (Je précise que je suis française de paris mais j’ai écris en anglais pour que les gens comprennent mieux)

Everything starts with the check in process with Omprakash ji and to every single staff be it Mukesh , Prakash , Ankit and one another person , all very pleasant , fast , warm and most efficient in their service and politeness. Room was quite spacious and good enough , all clean bed linen and pillows , spreads and sheets , RO water kept and refilled in the room and a kettle with sufficient sachets of tea , coffee , milk and sugar. Hot water all day, clean and spacious bathroom with good quality toiletries. Breakfast was very healthy and tasty ( we had gone for paid breakfast ) and food service was excellent. All dishes prepared with care and balanced ingredients and spiciness. Also quite a healthy quantity to go with it.. Tea and coffee service was great too with complimentary cookies. Location was very good, silent , peaceful and not far from the main roads. Overall a perfect property at really favorable prices for the standards they have set and we had a perfect 2 day stay and rest and honestly recommend Loft 24 for all travelers to Jaipur. I believe that they will not be disappointed and will request the hotel owners , management and staff to keep their high services always. Best wishes always.

the place was really amazing the staff was very nice. the rooms were sleek and stylish you could see that it was built with with taste breakfast was good. the manager was just amazing very attentive to us his name is OAM. you really made us feel very comfortable he was very attentive to our needs very pleasurable to be with very charismatic I really enjoyed this day he made our time there very.much pleasurable, i highly recommend this place.
